Telehealth is an amazing service that allows our providers to safely treat you in the comfort of your home. We have the clinical expertise to manage some of the minor acute illnesses with the need for you to see the provider in person. There are however many illnesses that require our medical providers to see you in the clinic and perform a complete assessment and evaluation.
Our skilled and experienced providers can help to guide you through the process. In cases where the patient needs to be seen in person, our providers will advise you accordingly. We do not exchange high-quality care and patient’s safety for comfort and convenience.
Our ultimate goal is to effectively treat you. We have a good triage process in place.
