How it works
Step 1
Schedule A Virtual Visit
o begin your virtual visit, simply call our staff who will help you get started. We’ll collect some details about your symptoms and medical needs, and a board-certified provider will review the information to confirm that virtual care is appropriate. Once approved, we’ll schedule a convenient time for your secure video consultation. During your visit, the doctor will provide a personalized treatment plan, answer your questions, and prescribe medication if needed—all from the comfort of your home.
Step 2
Talk to the Doctor
During your virtual visit, our doctor will meet with you through a secure video consultation. The doctor will review your symptoms, discuss your medical history, and provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, and together you and the doctor will decide on the best next steps for your care.
Step 3
Pick up your prescriptions at your local pharmacy
We submit prescriptions electronically to your local pharmacy. If your condition can’t be treated via a home visit, our doctor will recommend you to go to the ER for a more in-depth evaluation treatment.
